Privacy Policy
Research Performance is committed to responsible Internet citizenship and the privacy of our customers.

General information: Our user information is carefully safeguarded, and is never sold or shared to third parties.

Shopping cart: Our online Shopping Cart uses your E-mail address to track your order. This allows us to automatically send you a receipt and a shipping confirmation electronically, and to contact you in case of a problem or a need for more information to process your order.
E-mail addresses used for this purpose are not contacted for any other reason.

Newsletter: Our Performance Tip Newsletter are based on an opt-in system, and are not considered unsolicited commercial E-mail (SPAM). If you received such a message from us (usually indicated by a reply address of newsletter@researchperformance.com, someone using that address signed up to receive our Newsletter. If you are the owner of this account and did not sign up, you may remove your e-mail address by visiting http://www.researchperformance.com and using the unsubscribe button. This will permanently remove your address from any electronic communications from Research Performance.

If you ever receive a mailing from us which you have not explicitly signed up for via our mailing lists, please notify us immediately.


Transfer Policy
A registrant may transfer once from one course date to another date without a transfer fee. Any additional transfers will be subject to a $10.00 transfer fee. All credits for paid courses will expire two years after they are issued.


Cancellation Policy
Research Performance will give you a 50% refund if you cancel up to two weeks before your scheduled course. Please note that with cancellations received less than two weeks before the course begins, you will be provided with a course transfer credit, which will expire two years after it is issued. Research Performance reserves the right to cancel any of its courses at any time.
