What is the research content?
Most of our training courses are based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP. NLP is a technology that is grounded on behavioral psychology, linguistics and communication models. NLP was developed by John Grinder, a linguist, and Richard Bandler, a mathematician, with the purpose of making explicit models of human excellence. Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a name that encircles the three most critical elements involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system governs how our bodies function, language determines how we communicate with other people and to ourselves, and our programming or behavior determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the basic dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their networking and interrelationship, effects and influences our programming or behavior.
NLP is a practical school of thoughts and ideas that addresses the numerous levels involved in being human. NLP is a process that involves the development of behavioral competence and flexibility, but also involves strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind behavior. NLP provides tools, skills and distinctions for the development of states of individual excellence, but it also establishes a system of empowering beliefs and presuppositions about what human beings are, what communication is and what the process of excellence and effectiveness is all about. NLP is about self-discovery and exploring identity and mission. NLP is about being a hunter of human excellence and modeling that excellence.
Who facilitates the courses?
Research Performance has trained and developed some of the best trainers in the nation. The trainers have worked with and for many Fortune 500 companies. They teach the courses in an easy to understand and entertaining manner. All of our trainers have been trained in the field of NLP, and some have been trained directly by Richard Bandler.
What is the structure of the training classes?
